What a treat to spend time in this establishment!

 

I experienced fast service, looked through an inexpensive menu board, sat in a large seating area, and browsed to my heart's content in their downstairs and upstairs store where I picked cottage furniture for my vision board. I am definitely returning to enjoy another meal.

Intro

I adore finding cafes, restaurants, nature trails, waterfalls, unique stores, art galleries, and more in the Hamilton/Burlington/Dundas area. Discovering places helps make every day enjoyable for me and for my camera ;). I'll be sharing photos, haiku, restaurant reviews, and anything else I can think of.

Grimsby Waterfront Trail

Today I made a quick jaunt to The Grimsby Waterfront Trail--.quick because of the heat. I was delighted to see how clear the water was. Not a weed in sight. At the top is a large parking lot, a gazebo with picnic tables. You reach the beach by descending a ramp. There's plenty of shady places to enjoy.

Along the rock wall are stones, branches, and trees that waves jammed into the rock. I would have missed this had it not been for my companion's eagle eye. It's fascinating to see what washes up on shore!
